Shipping

For unframed prints, we offer shipping worldwide. For framed art, we can also ship within New Zealand and internationally – please contact is for a quote. Free pick up is also available if you're based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Production timeframes

Unframed prints will be rolled up and sent in a tube and shipped with 4-10 days of order. Framed orders are shipped or available for pick up within 2-3 weeks.
Someone will contact you when your framed print is out of production and ready for dispatch. If access will be difficult for the person delivering, please provide written details when placing your order.

Shipping timeframes

For unframed prints, please allow approximately 2-5 days for shipping within NZ, 4-10 days for Australia and other international.
Please note, the above timeframes are indicative only and we cannot guarantee delivery times given we rely on third parties to deliver our products to customers.
If your order is urgent, please get in touch prior to ordering to ensure we can get it to you in time. And if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us.
Untld is not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery or delay. Nor is is not responsible for any international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process.

Suppliers

We use NZ Post or Post Haste within New Zealand. In Australia and other international orders we use NZ Post/NZ Couriers or FedEx.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated based on location and is available globally for both unframed and framed prints.

Unframed prints:
Within NZ: $20
Australia: $50
Other international: $90-$110 depending on location

Framed prints
Within NZ: $105 - $550 depending on location and size of print
Australia: $375 - $1425 depending on location and size of print
Other international: $600 and up depending on location and size of print
