Refund policy
Please choose carefully before placing an order. Untld Photography cannot offer refunds for change of mind or wrong selection. Untld may allow exchanges, subject to product availability, and at Untld Photography's reasonable discretion.
Untld Photography cannot offer refunds or replacement of goods that are damaged through misuse, including by failure to exercise reasonable care.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you consider to be faulty or damaged you must notify Untld in writing within 48 hours of receipt and the product must be returned and received by Untld within 7 days of such notice. Any failure to notify Untld within the specified timeframe shall be deemed acceptance by you that the relevant product is free from any damage. Returned products shall be subject to inspection by Untld prior to any exchanges or refunds being granted. To the extent allowed under law, no refunds will be provided for any defects that can be reasonably rectified.

— Return the product in the condition delivered (no additional damage) together with any certificates and documentation, within 7 days for New Zealand customers and 14 days for international customers.
— Please include the original invoice received identifying the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
